Cyanuric acid exists in white crystal,with two crystal water after precipitated from the water. Taste bitter, basic non-toxic, soluble in hot water, slightly soluble in cold water with solution acidic, soluble in potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide aqueeous solution, insoluble in cold alcohol, ether, benzene and other organic solvents. The chemical formula is C3H3N3O3, there are two kinds of isomers, namely the ketone type and the alcohol type structure, usually exist in the mixture of two isomers.
