PVP-K30, also commenly called Polyvinylpyrrolidone, is a kind of non ionic polymer, which is the most characteristic of N- vinyl amide polymer, and has been studied deeply and widely.The different K values represent the PVP average molecular weight range. The K value is in fact the characteristic value of the relative viscosity of PVP aqueous solution, and the viscosity is the physical quantity related to the molecular weight of the polymer, so it can be used to characterize the average molecular weight of PVP by K value. The larger the value of K, the greater the viscosity, the stronger the adhesive property. 

PVP K30 is white or milky white crystalline powder. Its average molecular weight is about 40,000.
